


They moved the billing schema for email.If you have a Non Delivery failure, you are dead. They never ever solve a single issue, they just told you you need to delete the account and recreate it, or reset the password, etc. There is no mail support, you need to dial and speak with a "technician". Colaboration as well (we need something similar to Exchange). Calendar/ Contacts sync with Smartphones required.(This happens with all our clients with Godaddy Email services) From time to time, we experience issues with Outlook asking for account passwords.We need to install Outlook for Iphone/Android. Iphone email client it's unable to send emails using some Mobile Carriers.They have years with the service but at this point, it's time to move.
